Antonis Tillirides

Academic Director & Assessor

Antonis Tillirides serves as the Academic Director of the School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Systems Technology from Kingston University, UK. With extensive experience in vehicle maintenance, he has worked since 2000 in car dealership workshops, progressing from service advisor to service manager. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

George Papadakis

Internal Quality Verifier, Director & Assessor                       

George Papadakis is the Internal Quality Verifier of the program. He holds a diploma in Automobile Engineering from Chelsea College of Aeronautical and Automobile Engineering, UK. He has worked as an after-sales manager for some of the largest car dealerships in Cyprus. George has served as the official scrutineer for the Cyprus Automobile Association (CAA) at the Cyprus Rally and as a technical delegate for the International Automobile Federation (FIA). He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Stavros Metochis

Director & Assessor

Stavros Metochis graduated from Willesden College of Technology (TEC) in Automobile Engineering. He holds a certified training in the installation, servicing, and repair of GFI automotive LPG systems. Stavros manages his own garage and brings over 30 years of experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Aristodemos Photiou

Assessor

Aristodemos Photiou holds a BEng (Hons.) degree in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University and a Technician Engineer diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute of Nicosia, Cyprus. Since 2007, he has gained practical experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Vasilis Vasiliou

Assessor

Vasilis Vasiliou holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He currently serves as the Sales and Service Manager at Uniplant Ltd in Nicosia. Additionally, he is a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Antonis Savva

Assessor
Antonis Savva holds a BEng (Hons.) degree in Automotive Engineering with First Class Honors from the University of Sunderland. He currently works as a Workshop Manager at CIC Automasters Ltd in Nicosia. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Neophytos Aggelodemou

Assessor
Neophytos Aggelodemou holds a Master’s degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Frederick University of Nicosia. He currently works as a service advisor and auto mechanic at E.N.A Autoservices Ltd. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Nicos Georgiades

Assessor

Nikos Georgiades holds a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Frederick University of Nicosia. He has extensive experience in vehicle maintenance, having worked since 1992 in car dealership workshops, progressing from mechanical engineer to workshop manager. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Panayiotis Charalambous

Assessor
Panayiotis Charalambous holds a diploma of Technician Engineer in Marine Engineering. He has extensive experience in vehicle maintenance, having worked since 1992 in car dealership workshops as an after sales manager. He is also a certified vocational trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).

 

Stephanos Demetriou

Assessor

Stephanos Demetriou holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Frederick University of Nicosia and a bachelor’s degree in Motorsport Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire, Preston. He currently serves as Sales Manager and Director at KONE Elevator Cyprus Ltd.

 

Ioannis Ioannou

Assessor

Ioannis Ioannou holds a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering from the Frederick Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cyprus. He is also a certified trainer of vocational training from the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HrDA) and a certified driver trainer.

 

Nikolas Valiantis

Assessor

Nikolas Valiantis holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Project Management and a BEng (Hons) in Motorsport Engineering, both from Coventry University. Since 2014, he has been working as Warranty Manager at Char. Pilakoutas Group / New Nissan Cyprus Ltd.

 

Charalambos Evangelou

Assessor

Charalambos Evangelou holds a bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering from the Frederick Institute of Technology. Since 2017, he has been a Certified Porsche Technician and is recognized as a Gold Level Certified Technician with expertise in high voltage systems. He is also a certified vocational training trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HrDA).

 

Christos Taki

Assessor

Christos Taki holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from De Montfort University. He serves as the Technical Director of the Mechanical and Electrical Department at MTV Water Services Ltd, specializing in water filters, softeners, and treatment systems. He is also a certified vocational training trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HrDA).

 

Markos Vattis

Assessor

Markos Vattis holds a BEng in Motorsport Engineering from the University of Derby (2017–2020) and an MSc in Motorsport Engineering from the University of Bolton. He currently works as a service advisor at Char. Pilakoutas Group.
